Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bilingual: Spanish-English)

Job Description:  The HR Recruiter will join the MCC U.S. HR Team in carrying out an organization-wide recruitment strategy, leading selection processes to fill MCC vacancies globally, and ensuring smooth onboarding. This position is responsible for translations between English and Spanish for the HR department. The HR Recruiter will also attend recruitment events on behalf of MCC as needed and provide backup support to HR colleagues during peak work times. Schedule for this position may include some irregular hours to meet with selection teams and interview candidates across time zones. Location can be at the office in Akron, PA or remote from a U.S. state where MCC is a registered employer.
